What format are the images in? All Digital Images photos are in JPG format. Most of our images are stored in RAW format. If you have a particular application where you would prefer an image to be supplied to you in another format we will happily arrange this. Contact us via email with your requirements.
Can I keep the original photos and use them for anything I want?
We retain all the images we produce and we will issue you with a license to use the photos as agreed. If in the future you wish to use the images again we can issue you with an additional usage license. We always retain the copyright on our work unless there is prior agreement.
Do you add images on a regular basis? Yes. We add images as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest images that we have posted.
Can I submit images to sell? Right now the only images that we sell are the ones taken by Digital Images and it's partners, however, if you think we could help you please contact us as we may consider this in the future.
Do you offer refunds? Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the Digital Images photos that I download? Yes. While Digital Images offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our images within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.
If I purchase a subscription are there any other fees I will encounter when downloading from the site? No, an unlimited membership allows you full access to download any photos on our site at no extra charge.
Is account sharing allowed? No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.
I bought a subscription, but it says I'm not activated, what do I do? On rare occasions our merchant processors may not send the information of your transaction to our system, so your account may not be automatically activated. Therefore, if you have made a purchase of our yearly subscription and you are not able to access photos Digital Images using your details, send a support request.
Do you sell prints? We are able provide prints of our images, however, due to the number of variables in the process, quantity, size, paper type, paper quality and postage we prefer to quote on an individual basis. Please EMail us with your requirements and we will happily quote you.
